Wednesday, July 25, 2007 10:11 PM P.A.D---posture, attitude discipline. I finally found life in cedar and love in footdrills; guides but has yet to find joy. No one will understand what it means to lose joy cause it's like the emptiness in your heart which has yet to be filled...wonder when it can be found. Kays, that was rather random. Today, i ran my first 2.4 km for napha. I sucked---clocked 14.22 mins. hmph, i think i will fail napha through incline pull-ups. Hate those. yep, today footdrills was so cool. We got the chance to go into a squad and march! Love footdrills forever. oops, i need to go homework not done yet. buhbye. (: |
